How can I pay?
We offer multiple ways of payment through Shopify Payments. You can choose between VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the articles you order and the country the delivery goes to. During the checkout process, before finalising the order, you will see the calculated shipping costs. We ship exclusively via Austrian Post.
Why don't you ship to my country?

Which shipping providers do you use?
In every country, we ship exclusively via Austrian Post. You can track your shipment via the A.P. website with the tracking number which you will receive once your package is shipped.
I want to change items from my delivered order. How does that work?
Please read carefully our information on returns and exchange. Ideally, send an email to support@shirt-und-sackerl.com before sending items back to us. Then we can check if your favoured article is available and talk you through the further procedure.
I want to send something back. How does that work?
You can either make use of your Right of Withdrawal (if applicable). Any information on this you can find here. If your package was damaged during the shipment, or have another defect, or was delivered wrongly, you can find any information here.
